Frank Olivier has been traveling the world making people laugh for nearly forty years. For even longer he’s been practicing mindfulness meditation. He’s certainly the funniest!” – San Francisco Chronicle \n“Wickedly funny!” – The New York Times \nPerformer Bio \nFrank Olivier grew up in Berkeley California and learned juggling and unicycling as well as walking meditation at age 11. By 12 he’d added magic and mime. A year later he learned sitting practice\, started performing in a local “micro circus”\, and was a regular on KRON’s children’s television show “Git Box Tickle”. He went straight from high school to Ringling Brother’s Clown College in Florida\, returning home to develop his own comedy juggling act.  Before long he was earning a living\, street performing during the day\, and in the evenings appearing in San Francisco’s comedy clubs\, sharing the bill with Robin Williams\, Dana Carvey\, Whoopi Goldberg\, Mark Pitta\, and others. \nAt 23 he took his first trip to NY where he was promptly spotted by producers\, and signed to appear with Mickey Rooney and Ann Miller in the touring production of the Broadway hit show “Sugar Babies.”  He traveled with that show for the next three years\, earning rave reviews and standing ovations.  At 26 he met Vietnamese Buddhist master Thick Nhat Hanh\, and took up mindfulness meditation\, while continuing his comedy career. \nHis television credits include The Tonight Show\, America’s Got Talent\, Ellen\, Last Comic Standing\, HBO’s Just for Laughs\, and almost 100 other shows.
