Put laughter on your horizon and join us on September 17th for an epic stand-up showcase! \nCOMEDIAN BIOS\nBill Santiago\n\nFormerly an award-winning journalist\, Bill Santiago turned to a career in stand up comedy. Currently\, Santiago is touring his show “The Immaculate Big Bang” at Fringe Festivals around the country\, to critical and audience acclaim. He has appeared on numerous television networks and shows including Craig Ferguson\, Conan O’Brien\, Comedy Central’s Premium Blend\, Chelsea Lately\, Good Morning America Now\, ABC News\, BBC World and CNN to name a few. His first television special “Comedy Central Presents: Bill Santiago” quickly won over fans nationwide with his dead-on observations about Spanglish and his second half-hour special for Showtime LOL aired in 2011. Santiago’s comedy is heard regularly on SiriusXM Radio and other global digital platforms. Animated by his famously emphatic delivery\, and facial expressions\, Santiago’s material challenges the audience to keep pace with is own mental gymnastics. \nDr. Gonzo / John Means\n\nDr. Gonzo (John Means) commandeers his audience with a combination of stand-up comedy and classic rock parodies. His most successful collaboration was with famed 80s rock group\, Huey Lewis and the News. When he wasn’t touring with top music acts\, he headlined major comedy clubs across America. He’s appeared on numerous TV and radio shows including Showtime\, Comedy Central\, MTV\, Bob & Tom and many more! \nSuli McCullough\n\nBorn in Los Angeles\, raised in Northern California\, Suli McCullough’s stand-up career began while he was still a student at UCLA. He opened for Jerry Seinfeld & was immediately signed by his managers. Suli McCullough is a Writer/Actor/Comedian who is definitely one to watch! Most recently\, he was a writer on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno\,  Lopez Tonight\, The Amber Rose Show. However\, you probably know him best as “Mouse” on “The Jamie Foxx Show” or “Crazy Legs” (The dude in the wheelchair!) in the Wayans Bros. spoof\, “Don’t Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in The Hood”. Since then\, his comedy has been showcased on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno”\, “Jimmy Kimmel Live”\, “Last Comic Standing” & Comedy Central. \nRobert Berry\n\nRobert Berry has been a fixture in the Sacramento Comedy community as a performer\, producer\, and mentor. Robert started his standup journey at the Sacramento Comedy Spot in 2012\, and he has produced and performed in hundreds of shows in the six years that followed. He has opened for comedy greats such as Will Durst\, Emo Phillips\, Bob Rubin\, Adam Ferrara and Mo Mandel. Robert regularly performs at the Punch Line Sacramento and San Francisco\, Throckmorton Theatre\, the Comedy Spot\, and Cobb’s Comedy Club\, to name a few. He is also a feature writer covering the comedy community for Submerge! Magazine and is in his third year of being Stand-Up Coordinator for Sacramento Comedy Spot. Robert’s offbeat style goes from bizarre pop culture stories\, to corny one-liners\, to screaming rants\, and always gets a crowd going. \nAviva Siegel\n\nAviva is a stand-up comic by day\, and a stand-up comic by night. She lives in Oakland and produces shows like “Talkies” at the All Out Comedy Theater and Witches’ Brew\, an all-women stand-up comedy seance. She’s been nominated as one of the “Best Comedians in the Bay” by the East Bay Express\, and owns a “Best Actress” trophy that she bought for herself. Her comedy’s been featured in SF Sketchfest\, The Nevada City Film Festival\, Heeb Magazine\, and on NPR. \nSteven Pearl\n\nHis high-energy comedy act is both outrageous and hysterically original. Born in Far Rockaway\, New York\, and raised on Long Island\, Steven Pearl has been performing stand-up comedy professionally since 1979. He began his stand-up career in such prestigious NYC comedy clubs as “Catch A Rising Star” and “The Improv.” Steven has appearaed on numerous TV shows\, including “An Evening at the Improv” and Caroline’s Comedy Hour. Some of his many credits include writing for and working with such comedic legends as Sam Kinison\, Bill Hicks\, Jim Carrey\, Fobin Williams\, and Rodney Dangerfield. Steven tours extensively clubs\, colleges\, and festivals all across the U.S. and around the world. \n\nMichael O’Brien\n\n\nMichael O’Brien is an original member of the National Theatre of the Deranged\, co-creator of “Tips on Travel” with Karl & Carl” and a master improviser whose credits include performances at The Moth\, Porchlight SF\, Marsh Theatre\, Holy City Zoo and Throckmorton Theatre. Michael is also a teaching artist: Improv Open Workshop at Fort Mason Center\, Voice One SF\, Academy of Art University\, San Francisco State University (guest instructor) and Stanford University (guest instructor). \nFred Reiss\n\nFred Reiss is a stand-up comedian\, writer\, radio host and inspirational speaker who is also currently battling cancer for the third time. He gives motivational talks for the American Cancer Society and various nonprofits\, dubbing the gigs “Fred Talks” – a play on the popular “Ted Talks” lectures. Fred is also a PEN-award-winning novelist and has appeared on national television and radio. Despite his battles with cancer\, Fred still performs standup at least 4 nights a week at local comedy clubs. \nGeoff Bolt\n\nGeoff Bolt is a comedian\, writer and actor. A Bay Area original\, Geoff is renowned as an inspired improviser in the world of sketch comedy. Geoff got his start in the comedy world as a founding member of the critically acclaimed National Theatre of the Deranged\, and soon after debuted his stand-up comedy to rave reviews at San Francisco’s Other Cafe. He continues to perform regularly to dedicated fans at a wide variety of comedy clubs. He has appeared in many feature films was featured in HBO’s Young Comedian’s Special\, Showtime’s Comedy Channel\, A&E’s Evening at the Improv\, and KQED’s Comedy Tonight. Geoff has appeared in several plays at the SF Fringe Festival and has done hundreds of voice- overs for radio\, television\, and video games. He appears regularly on NPR’s West Coast Live as half of the comedy team of Karl and Carl\, who offer their unconventional “Tips on Travel”. \n\n
