DESCRIPTION:Tuesday Night Live Comedy is recognized as one of Bay Area’s best stand-up comedy showcases. Each week renowned comedians from all around the world as well as today’s hottest up-and-coming comedy stars hit the stage for a hilarious night of live stand-up. Come get your laugh on! \nKenny DeForest\nKenny DeForest is a stand-up comic\, comedy writer\, and actor best known for his appearances on Late Night with Seth Meyers\, HBO’s Crashing\, TruTV’s “Friends of the People”\, and as a former producer and co-host of “Comedy at the Knitting Factory”\, widely considered to be one of the best independently run comedy shows in the country.  In 2017\, he recorded his debut stand-up album “B.A.D. Dreams” with Comedy Dynamics\, which debuted #1 on iTunes\, and in 2015 he was named one of Comedy Central’s “Comics to Watch.” In 2018\, he was invited to perform in the prestigious Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal as a “New Face.”  Additionally\, he has also performed in the New York Comedy Festival\, Brooklyn Comedy Festival\, High Plains Comedy Festival\, Riot Fest LA\, Chicago Comedy Exposition\, Accidental Comedy Festival\, Red Clay Comedy Festival\, and his work has been highlighted in “The Observer”\, “Time Out New York”\, and “The New Yorker”.  Best of all\, he has a lot of fun performing and fun tends to be contagious. Come get some. \nFrankie Marcos\nFrankie Marcos was born and raised in San Jose\, CA. His first time doing stand up was at a dive bar in San Francisco with no microphone\, and no other people performing. Since then\, he has performed at comedy clubs such as: The Comedy Underground in Seattle WA\, the Comic Strip NYC\, the San Jose Improv\, Rooster T Feathers\, the San Francisco Punchline\, the Tempe Improv AZ\, and more. Frankie has worked with Michael Che\, Nicole Byer\, Tony Baker\, Chris Kattan\, Bobby Lee\, Dulcé Sloan\, Guy Torry\, Tony Roberts\, and more. In 2017\, Frankie placed 2nd out of 100 Bay Area comedians in the annual New Talent Comedy Competition at Rooster T Feather. \nMark Pitta\nMark Pitta has been doing Standup comedy for over 30 years and has been on The Tonight Show with both Jay Leno AND Johnny Carson\, and was a regular for five years on KTVU’s morning news as the “Man on the Street” reporter. He was seen on TV’s hit show “Mad About You” and also hosted NBC’s Friday Night Videos. Mark was the host\, for many years of the Tuesday Night Comedy  “Mark Pitta and Friends” show at the Throckmorton Theater and has shared the stage with many greats including Robin Williams\, and Dana Carve \n  \nNick Hoff\nNick Hoff is a comedian living in Los Angeles best known as the host of his own show on SiriusXM radio. He was on a MTV comedy called “Acting Out” and can often be seen in commercials for Miller Lite\, Wendy’s and Amazon where Nick has been cast by some of the top directors in the business including Peter Farrelly\, Craig Gillespie\, James Mangold and Philip Seymour Hoffman. He has been a comedy writer for Life & Style magazine as well as a featured act in such prestigious comedy festivals as Boston\, Big Sky\, Seattle\, Los Angeles and San Luis Obispo where he was named “Best of the Fest”.  Nick was hand-picked by Jeff Foxworthy and Larry the Cable Guy to open for them on their critically acclaimed “We’ve Been Thinking” Tour.  He has headlined the “Pink Ribbon Comedy Tour” which made stops in 40 cities doing 65 shows all raising money for breast cancer research.  He was also part of the “Walk of Shame” national comedy tour\, which was not quite so noble a cause. \nChad Denick\nChad uses a combination of silly\, dark\, and intellectual humor to make people laugh. He’s not shy about making fun of mistakes in his life. What he lacks in shame\, he makes up for in sarcasm. When Chad Denick started doing comedy\, he drove four hours each way to open mics. Chad then relocated to the Seattle area to pursue his dreams and save hundreds of dollars in gas money. Chad has performed all over the Pacific Northwest and is now in the California Bay Area comedy clubs where he now lives. Chad has worked with such comedians as Kevin Pollak\, Marc Maron\, Gary Gulman\, Todd Glass\, Emo Philips\, and Dana Gould. \nKristi McHugh\nKristi McHugh‘s hysterical\, yet clean comedy has taken her from the Laff Shack in Okoboji\, Iowa to the stages of Hollywood where she’s shared the bill with George Wallace\, David Brenner\, Drew Carey and Arsenio Hall. You may have seen her at the Comic Strip Live in New York\, The Hollywood Improv\, or the Ice House in Pasadena. Kristi has also appeared in the film ACE BIGELO\, MALE GIGOLO with Rob Schneider\, and Disney’s JACK OF ALL TRADES. Her television credits include WEST WING\, Discovery Channel’s SCENE OF THE CRIME\, Spike TV’s I HATE MY JOB and the upcoming MORE KRISTI\, PLEASE. \n
