THE LINEUP

Steven Kravitz


Steven Kravitz has been performing as a standup comedian for over 32 years. He was once a finalist in the San Francisco Comedy Competition and one of the original outlaws of comedy with Sam Kinison. Steven has worked with numerous comedic talents including Drew Carey, Robin Williams, Dana Carvey, Rob Schnieder, Bobcat and Bill Hicks to name a few. He has 7 years of theatre training and has appeared in over 17 films and numerous TV shows, including a recurring role on The Drew Carey show and the Nash Bridges show, as well as a series regular on SyFy’s short lived series Black Scorpion.

Alex Elkin


Winner of the 41st International San Francisco Comedy Competition, Alex Elkin started his comedy career in the clubs of Hollywood California before he was old enough to be allowed in the front door. At age 18 he took on the wilds of the Jungle Cruise as a skipper for the Disneyland Resort cracking jokes on and off the boat. He was selected as a finalist in the Laugh Factory’s International Donald Trump Impersonator contest. Headlining clubs alongside national acts such as Joe Rogan, Judd Apatow and Bill Burr, Elkin is creating a buzz in the comedy world. Alex Elkin has placed in the top 16 of the 2017 World Series of Comedy in Las Vegas. Alex has been seen on Inside Edition, CNN, E!’s The Simple Life Season 5, TNT’s LEVERAGE, NBC’s GRIMM as well as heard regularly on XM Sirius’ Raw Dog comedy channel.

Patrick O’Sullivan


Patrick, a fixture on the LA and national standup scene, just wrapped major roles in The Thinning – a new movie from Legendary Pictures and Internet Famous – a film produced by Maker Studios. He also appeared on this season’s finale of Dr. Ken on ABC after 2 seasons playing Alien Johnny Unitas on the network’s The Neighbors sitcom. Other recent appearances include FOX’s Grandfathered, Adult Swim’s Hot Package, ABC’s Happy Endings and Comedy Central’s Free Radio. Patrick had a two-year run as Gary Busey in Point Break Live! and created the hit impersonator stage shows All About (Christopher) Walken and All About Jack (Nicholson). His touring one-man show Young Sully was chosen as S.F. Chronicle Pick of the Week and for the Out of Bounds Comedy Festival in Austin.

 Max Rosenblum


Max Rosenblum is a stand up comedian and writer based out of Los Angeles. Max’s comedy roots began in Washington, DC in late 2011 when a dislike for his job led him to seek comfort in finding any bar he could in which to perform comedy. Six years later, Max has been entertaining audiences all over the country at venues big and small with his self-deprecating and optimistically pessimistic outlook.

Justin Lockwood


Justin’s revealing stories and clever insights have made him a favorite of audiences around the Bay Area and beyond. His act spans from growing up on a marijuana farm to raising his own son to dating as a single parent. He’s performed at the Burbank Comedy Festival, the Ventura Comedy Festival, the San Francisco International Comedy Competition, Wine Country Comedy Fest, is a San Francisco Funny Fest champion, and has been featured at Comedy Day in Golden Gate Park. He’s the producer of Comedy Rocks at Rock Wall Winery and you can see him regularly at clubs and venues including the Throckmorton Theatre, The Set Up, Comedy Oakland, The Laugh Cellar and others. In addition to standup he has written multiple plays and starred in dozens of theatrical productions.

 Geoff Bolt


Geoff Bolt is a comedian, writer and actor. A Bay Area original, Geoff is renowned as an inspired improviser in the world of sketch comedy. Geoff got his start in the comedy world as a founding member of the critically acclaimed National Theatre of the Deranged, and soon after debuted his stand-up comedy to rave reviews at San Francisco’s Other Cafe. He continues to perform regularly to dedicated fans at a wide variety of comedy clubs. He has appeared in many feature films was featured in HBO’s Young Comedian’s Special, Showtime’s Comedy Channel, A&E’s Evening at the Improv, and KQED’s Comedy Tonight. Geoff has appeared in several plays at the SF Fringe Festival and has done hundreds of voice- overs for radio, television, and video games. He appears regularly on NPR’s West Coast Live as half of the comedy team of Karl and Carl, who offer their unconventional “Tips on Travel”.

Michael O’Brien


Michael O’Brien is an original member of the National Theatre of the Deranged, co-creator of “Tips on Travel” with Karl & Carl” and a master improviser whose credits include performances at The Moth, Porchlight SF, Marsh Theatre, Holy City Zoo and Throckmorton Theatre. Michael is also a teaching artist: Improv Open Workshop at Fort Mason Center, Voice One SF, Academy of Art University, San Francisco State University (guest instructor) and Stanford University (guest instructor).
