Jason Stuart

When you think one of the most prolific  character actors, who’s also an outrageous openly gay stand-up comedian, one name comes to mind…. Jason Stuart. Stuart has been making people laugh out loud with “Gay Don Rickles” performances all over the country since coming out in 1993. He has accomplished what few other gay comics have ever achieved: brutal honesty with humor in a world that’s not always kind. Not only is Stuart an all-out crowd pleaser, but he transcends the boundaries of race, gender and sexual orientation with his edgy comedic style. Stuart’s material about his experiences as a single Jewish gay man living in Hollywood is original, cutting edge and just plain funny!  Although his semi-celebrity came via stand-up, Stuart is also well-known for his work as an actor playing gay & straight roles on over forty popular television shows. Stuart has wowed audiences on the TV screen with guest roles in hits such shows as Sleepy Hollow, Entourage, The Closer, Will & GraceGeorge LopezEverybody Hates ChrisHouseIt’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Charmed, to name a few. He is best known playing “Dr. Thomas”, the gay family therapist on My Wife and Kids.

Michael Meehan

Michael Meehan found his niche in the San Francisco comedy scene in the 80’s. He performs comedy both as a solo act and with his two brothers in the comedy trio, The Meehan Brothers. He has appeared on numerous television shows including The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Last Comic Standing (NBC), The Dennis Miller Show (CBS) and Stand Up Spotlight (VH1), A&E and Comedy Central. Michael has performed alongside some of the top comedians to date including Robin Williams, Bob Goldthwait and Will Durst.

Drew Harmon

Drew Harmon is a comedian and former TV weatherman who lives in San Francisco. Drew is a regular at the Punch Line and has appeared at comedy festivals like SF Sketchfest, Gilda’s Laughfest and the Asheville Comedy Festival. Drew also created the popular show, “I Think I’d Be Good At That” where a person who has never done standup before headlines a comedy show, which has also been featured as part of SF Sketchfest

Torio Van Grol

Torio Van Grol was first discovered by a gentleman naturalist in 1676, causing an uproar among the clergy, who claimed that he was placed on Earth by God as a test of faith. After much careful study, Torio has been widely accepted as real, though some controversy lingers. Many people believe that early humans coexisted peacefully with him, even caring for him and riding on his back as a form of transportation. But Torio is not strong enough to carry people, instead relying on speed, cunning and a bulletproof eBay rating for survival. In 2016, he was listed as one of the Bay Area’s best stand-up comedians by SFist. He won the title, “Best Joke of 2015” by the award-winning SF blog Courting Comedy. Torio has performed at SF Sketchfest for the past three years, as well as many other comedy festivals including Comedy Central’s Cluster Fest.

Joe Praino

Born & raised in New York, Joe began doing stand up in 1999 while attending Lehigh University. Upon graduation in 2001 he returned to The City to pursue comedy full-time.  During his time in New York his humor was featured as part of the Boston Comedy Festival, the NY Surf Film Festival, the Lighthouse International Film Festival, High Times Magazine and College Sports Television as well as clubs & colleges in and around the tri-state area. In 2010 Joe moved to Los Angeles to surf and chase his Hollywood dream, landing the role of Thomas Magnum in the feature film update of the hit 80’s TV show Magnum PI.  He currently co-hosts the “Kooks of Komedy” a podcast about surfing and stand up with fellow comedian Lachlan Patterson.

Rodger Lizaola

Since 2003 Rodger Lizaola has been pretty awesome at telling Jokes. So he has been doing so to strangers in bars and comedy clubs across the country.   Growing up on the mean streets of Gilroy, CA. Rodger always had a knack to make his friends laugh as well as those around him, but to get on stage seemed terrifying. Stage fright aside, the opportunity presented itself in February 2003 when he moved to Seattle, Wa. Rodger took the stage at Comedy Underground. Those first 3 mins were absolutely terrifying and exhilarating at the same time. Though the first years were tough and humbling he stuck with it and became one of the youngest headliners in the Northwest.  Lizaola has opened up for such acts as comedy legend David Brenner, Eddie Brill, Louis CK, Tom Cotter, Mike Epps, Jimmy Dore, Tom Rhoads, Ty Barnett, and Alonzo Bodden as well as such Musical acts as The Black Eyed Peas, Pussycat Dolls, Baby Bash, Rhianna, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Good Charlotte, and The Backstreet Boys.
