Al Ducharme is a comedy powerhouse deemed “very funny” by Simon Cowell and “one of my favorite comedians” by Heidi Klum on NBC’s America’s Got Talent. Al headlines all of the major comedy clubs around the nation and we’re thrilled to have him back at the Throckmorton. Bernadette Pauley is one of the most highly demanded special event comedian/hosts on the circuit. Her TV comedy and hosting credits include GOTHAM COMEDY LIVE, COMICS UNLEASHED, COMEDY CENTRAL, ETC. Tommy Savitt


Tommy Savitt is a 15-year comedy veteran who began in his hometown of New York City. After developing his “Hey Tommy” character, he was featured on the Bob and Tom Radio Show, Blue Collar Radio and performed around the world for the troops. Along the way he’s won the prestigious Seattle Comedy Competition and best comedian at the Boston Comedy Festival, Ventura Comedy Festival, and the LA Comedy Awards. Tommy has also appeared on National Lampoon’s Man Up Stand Up and in commercials for Adidas, Monster.com and Lowe’s. His new stage persona, the Tommy Lama, is an international hit at comedy clubs and festivals around the globe. Tommy currently has a residency at the LA Comedy Club in Las Vegas. Steve Ausburne


Steve Ausburne has embraced the stage as a place to present a spoken word memoir of all the embarrassing life moments that lurk in a place that only stand up or therapy sessions can reveal. ​ Steve has opened for Heather McDonald, Will Durst and Scott Capurro to name a few. He performed and hosted the SF Sketchfest in 2015 and 2016, and was the finalist in the 2014 Killer Laughs Competition. Steve runs a monthly comedy show in Healdsburg every third Thursday at Thumbprint Cellars’ tasting room. Todd Johnson


Todd, native to Idaho, has performed all over the US and Canada. In 2012, He was Runner Up in the Big Sky Comedy Competition. In 2011, he participated in the Aspen Comedy Festival and was asked back the Host the Best of the Fest of 2011 in Aspen Colorado. Todd was a finalist of the 29th International Seattle Comedy Competition in 2008. He also was featured on the Mad TV Network show “Man Up Stand Up” in 2009. Geoff Bolt


Geoff Bolt is a comedian, writer and actor. A Bay Area original, Geoff is renowned as an inspired improviser in the world of sketch comedy. Geoff got his start in the comedy world as a founding member of the critically acclaimed National Theatre of the Deranged, and soon after debuted his stand-up comedy to rave reviews at San Francisco’s Other Cafe. He continues to perform regularly to dedicated fans at a wide variety of comedy clubs. He has appeared in many feature films was featured in HBO’s Young Comedian’s Special, Showtime’s Comedy Channel, A&E’s Evening at the Improv, and KQED’s Comedy Tonight. Geoff has appeared in several plays at the SF Fringe Festival and has done hundreds of voice- overs for radio, television, and video games. He appears regularly on NPR’s West Coast Live as half of the comedy team of Karl and Carl, who offer their unconventional “Tips on Travel”.

Michael O’Brien


Michael O’Brien is an original member of the National Theatre of the Deranged, co-creator of “’Tips on Travel’ with Karl & Carl” and a master improviser whose credits include performances at The Moth, Porchlight SF, Marsh Theatre, Holy City Zoo and Throckmorton Theatre. Michael is also a teaching artist: Improv Open Workshop at Fort Mason Center, Voice One SF, Academy of Art University, San Francisco State University (guest instructor) and Stanford University (guest instructor).
