MEET THE COMEDIANS
Danny Lobell
Danny Lobell is a Los Angeles based stand-up comedian, podcaster, and host. Known for his quirky storytelling style, Danny has traveled the world doing comedy in places like South Africa, the United Kingdom, Belgium, France, Spain, and Holland. He currently hosts at monthly show at the Hollywood Improv called Bookshelf as well as two podcasts, Modern Day Philosophers and the Mostly Bull Market.
Sean Keane
Sean Keane is one of San Francisco’s top standup comedians. He’s a staple at comedy festival and clubs, appearing on bills with name-brand headliners such as Todd Barry, Kyle Kinane, Tig Notaro, and Twitter’s DadBoner. In San Francisco, Sean has won too many awards to count, including Iron Comic (3X) and the SF Bay Guardian’s Goldie. Every time Sean hits the stage, he delivers a head spinning, gut-bursting performance you wouldn’t want to miss.
Liz Stone
Liz Stone is a corporate attorney who discovered stand up comedy as a balance to the corporate grind and has been entertaining audiences with her unique perspective ever since. She performs all over the Bay Area, in small towns throughout America, and was voted one of “America’s Funniest Lawyers”. She performed in the 2017 SF Sketchfest Festival and is the current reigning Tourettes Without Regrets “Passive Aggressive Compliment Champion“.
Patrick O’Sullivan
Patrick has a recurring role on ABC’s Dr. Ken and appeared on the network’s The Neighbors. He also had major roles in the films, The Thinning and Internet Famous. Other appearances include FOX’s Grandfathered, Adult Swim’s Hot Package, ABC’s Happy Endings and Comedy Central’s Free Radio. A fixture on the national standup scene, Patrick has headlined clubs in Seattle, Calgary, San Diego and San Francisco. As a producer, his documentary on Lenny Bruce titled Looking for Lenny was ranked #1 by IFC.COM on their “10 Great Documentaries about Comedians” list. His one-man show Yung Sully was chosen as a SF Chronicle “Pick of the Week.”
Logan Heftel
Logan Heftel is a singer-songwriter and producer based in Los Angeles. His songs are folk-adjacent. From 2007-2014 he wrote and performed with the late comedian/artist Taylor Negron as a music-and-spoken-word duo. Logan produces audio, video and graphics for projects and shows like Waking From The American Dream on Smodcast, The Kelly Carlin Show on Sirius XM, History of Cool, Setlist, and Modern Day Philosophers.
Chris Storin
Born in Oakland California and raised in San Leandro, this Bay Area native will crack you up! Chris Storin has appeared at top clubs across California, including L.A.’s famed Comedy Store, as well as in Vegas and Reno, and is set to take off and perform for U.S. troops overseas. His superb storytelling skills and energetic style has captivated audiences throughout the country. Storin has shared the stage with the likes of Anjelah Johnson, Doug Benson, Eddie Griffin, and many more.
Johnny Steele (co-host)
Johnny Steele is a veteran comedian, some-time talk show host, writer, humorist, political satirist, acclaimed actor and all-around loud mouth commentator. He’s the former host of several radio and TV shows including The Live 105 Morning Show, THE SHOW on KRON 4/Bay TV, The War On Error Radio Hour on Green 960. Johnny is a past winner of the San Francisco International Comedy Competition and has performed comedy across the US, Canada, and overseas for 30 years. Johnny has been teaching comedy for 15 years and is currently wrapping up his book, 50 Quick Comedy Tips. He has written for corporate CEOs, Grammy winning musicians, and Academy Award winning actors.
Michael Meehan (co-host)
Michael Meehan found his niche in the San Francisco comedy scene in the 80’s. He performs comedy both as a solo act and with his two brothers in the comedy trio, The Meehan Brothers. He has appeared on numerous television shows including The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Last Comic Standing (NBC), The Dennis Miller Show (CBS) and Stand Up Spotlight (VH1), A&E and Comedy Central. Michael has performed alongside some of the top comedians to date including Robin Williams, Bob Goldthwait and Will Durst.
