Suli McCullough
Suli McCullough is a writer/actor/comedian whose definitely one to watch! His writing credits include The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Lopez Tonight, American Music Awards (2005), MTV Video Music Awards (2001), HBO Def Comedy Jam and The Espy Awards. However, you probably know him best as “Mouse” on “The Jamie Foxx Show” or “Crazy Legs” (The dude in the wheelchair!) in the Wayans Bros. spoof, “Don’t be a Menace to South Central while Drinking your Juice in The Hood.” Born in Los Angeles, raised in Northern California, Suli McCullough’s stand-up career began while he was still a student at UCLA. He opened for Jerry Seinfeld and was immediately signed by his managers. Since then, Suli’s comedy has been showcased on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” “Last Comic Standing” and Comedy Central.
Dustin Nickerson
A Seattle native now suffering in Southern California, Dustin Nickerson is an in demand comic on the rise. He’s been seen on Laughs on Fox, the PBS Comedy Hour, Hulu and can regularly be heard on Sirius Radio XM, Rooftop Comedy, and the Darren Streblow Show. Dustin describes himself as “the world’s most average person” but is far from it when on stage. He brings you into his life through his jokes about the struggles of parenting, marriage, and being generally annoyed by most people.
Zoltan Kaszas
Comedian Zoltan Kaszas was born just Zoltan Kaszas in Budapest Hungary. Nineteen years later in San Diego, California he added “Comedian” to his name by stepping on stage and cracking wise. Over the last few years Zoltan’s wise cracks have won him The Seattle International Comedy Competition, The San Diego Comedy Festival, San Diego’s Funniest Person Contest and The Rockstar Energy Drink Comedy Throwdown.
Kirk McHenry (host)
Kirk was born and raised in Oakland, CA and blends all of his experiences together into a story-telling brand of comedy that has been likened to Bill Cosby with a Richard Pryor twist.From entertaining troops overseas to being featured on BET’s ComicView, BET’s One Mic Stand, and Jamie Foxx Laffapalooza, Kirk is well on his way to becoming a household name. Kirk has opened for comedic stars such as Paul Mooney, Bobby Slayton, Gary Owen, Charlie Murphy, Tommy Davidson and Eddie Griffin. We’re thrilled to welcome Kirk back to the Throckmorton with more of his dynamic side-splitting comedy.
Doug Ferrari
Doug Ferrari is a California comedy icon, performing over 5,000 stand up shows including national headlining appearances at major clubs. Doug won first place in the San Francisco International Comedy Competition in 1984. He has opened for everyone from Bob Hope to Robin Williams and has performed alongside big names including Rodney Dangerfield, Jerry Seinfeld, Paula Poundstone, and Patton Oswalt. Doug has numerous television and film credits including Showtime, MTV, Fox, Comedy Central, A Fine Romance ABC, and Comedy Express A+E.
Ryan Goodcase
Ryan Goodcase got his start in Michigan and quickly has been breaking his way onto the Bay Area comedy scene. He regularly performs at some of the best local comedy hot-spots including The Punch Line SF, Comedy Oakland and The Set Up. Ryan is also a Rooster T Feathers competition finalist.
