THE COMEDIANS
Kevin Wong
Kevin Wong is a Bay Area comic that honed his craft in dive bars, coffee houses, and laundromats. Sometimes, for an audience of none. Since his first open mic at Tommy T’s in 2010, he has challenged audiences to think differently and left them with the sense they’re not alone. In 2014, Kevin started a weekly show, producing and hosting The Secret Show: a Night of Stand-Up Comedy at The Swingin’ Door in San Mateo, California. It built a loyal following among locals and comedians alike. In 2016, he expanded his comedy reach, adding two new Bay Area shows: Comedians@RedRock – at Red Rock Coffee in Mountain View and Comedians@Rail – at Rail Club (formerly Carlos Club) in San Carlos. He also launched a solo podcast, aptly named The Podcast. Twice a week, he speaks candidly on topical issues, finding humor in life’s lessons. Kevin continues on his comedy journey to create, share, and enjoy laughs – exploring new venues and unique opportunities.
Steve Ausburne
Steve Ausburne has embraced the stage as a place to present a spoken word memoir of all the embarrassing life moments that lurk in a place that only stand up or therapy sessions can reveal. Steve has opened for Heather McDonald, Michael Kosta, Don Friesen, Will Durst and Scott Capurro to name a few. He performed and hosted the SF Sketchfest in 2015 and 2016, and was the finalist in the 2014 Killer Laughs Competition. Steve peddles his comedic wares throughout Sonoma County and the San Francisco Bay Area, producing comedy shows throughout California’s Wine Country.
Brian Crow
With influences ranging from George Carlin and Bill Hicks to Robin Williams, Billy Crystal and David Lee Roth, Brian Crow has joked at length about his thoughts and observations on life, love, fatherhood and Rock n Roll to audiences from San Francisco to Atlanta and points in between. He can be seen regularly in at Flappers Comedy Club, The Comedy Store, Cobb’s Comedy Club, Rooster T Feathers and the occasional police line up. He was also recently invited to be part of The Burbank Comedy Festival this Summer. After an evening of comedy with Brian Crow, your gut will ache, your thoughts will have been provoked but most of all you will have been entertained! Brian has also come to the realization that writing about himself in the 3rd person feels weird.
