Allan Havey
Allan Havey is considered one of the best stand-ups working today and he is an accomplished actor, recently starring in eleven episodes of AMC’S highly acclaimed Mad Men as character Lou Avery. Allan recently guest-starred in Man in the High Castle on Amazon, and is featured in the 2016 Coen Brothers film, Hail Caesar! Allan’s other TV credits include 10 appearances on Late Night With David Letterman, as well as Seinfeld, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Up All Night, The Sarah Silverman Program, Men of a Certain Age and The Office. He also guest-starred on the Emmy Award winning show “Louie.” Allan’s standup has been represented at the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal, the Kilkenny Comedy Festival in Ireland, the Aspen Comedy Festival, Comic Relief IV and V, and the New York Comedy Festival. He has toured Australia and Europe, and currently headlines in clubs and colleges across the U.S.
Chad Opitz
Chad Opitz is a comic whose hilarious and unique perspective is making him an oft booked staple at Bay Area clubs and showcases. Veering between one-liners, short story jokes, and sometimes even song, Opitz’ writing is as well-regarded as his character and performance work. Chad was a featured performer at the 2016, 2017 and 2018 San Francisco Sketchfests. He hosted an episode of “The Guest List” on Audible Channels in 2017. Chad was the winner of Bay Area legend Jimmy Gunn’s “Best Newcomer” award as well as a finalist in the Rooster T. Feathers Competition, semi-finalist in the San Francisco Comedy Competition, 2nd place finalist at the 2016 Sacramento Comedy Competition and 1st place winner of the Walk the Plank comedy competition. He’s opened for Michelle Wolf, Scott Thompson, Gad Elmaleh, Neil Hamburger, Greg Behrendt, Jak Knight, Ian Bagg, Brooks Wheelan and many more. He was also recently a featured guest on the Doug Loves Movies podcast
Marga Gomez
Marga Gomez is known for her work in solo performance and stand up comedy and for being one of the first openly lesbian performers in the nation. She has appeared on LOGO’s “One Night Stand Up,” Showtime’s “Latino Laugh Festival,” Comedy Central’s “Out There” and HBO’s “Comic Relief” at the invitation of Robin Williams who called her “Amazing… a lesbian Lenny Bruce.” She has been a guest on leading comedy podcasts Marc Maron’s “WTF,” “The Keith and The Girl Show” and Kevin Allison’s “Risk.” Her comic style has been described as “deliciously cheeky and incendiary” by the New York Times and “salaciously surreal” by the San Francisco Chronicle. She is a regular at SF Comedy Day and has been featured at numerous comedy festivals including SF Sketchfest, Montreal’s Just For Laughs, South Beach Comedy Festival, Vancouver Comedy Festival and The Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The SF Weekly named Gomez one of “2016’s Artists To Watch.” Huffpost named her an “Agent of Change” in 2015. She is also a GLAAD Award winner, a Theater LA “Ovation Award” winner and triple winner of the San Francisco Bay Guardian’s “Best of The Bay Comedian Award.”
Alexander Payne
Alexander Payne is one of New York’s most versatile comedians. He writes and stars in his popular web-series “Uninspired”. He hosts two of the coolest underground comedy shows “Live At The Inn” and “Midnight Confessions” at The Music Inn in Greenwich Village. He can be seen constantly bouncing back and forth between New York and the West Coast so check the calendar to see when you catch him in your town!
“Mean” Dave
Mean Dave is a Californian comedian from the SF Bay Area with a rock and roll style. Starting with a background in music, Mean Dave was a musician of many years who found he was a comedian the way Happy Gilmore thought he was a hockey player who found himself to be a golfer. With a manic, intelligent approach to material about modern day life, you will be thoroughly entertained with clean-to-adult humor about a variety of subjects. Mean Dave has performed regularly at San Jose Improv, San Francisco Punchline, LA Comedy Store, Tommy T’s in Pleasanton and all kinds of shows and events all over.
Mark Pitta (Host)
Mark Pitta is a national headliner coming from the fervent San Francisco comedy scene of the 1980s. Mark’s career flourished in LA, first, fulfilling his dream of appearing on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson then subsequent appearances with Jay Leno. Mark landed a job as host of Totally Hidden Video for the FOX network and then hosting Friday Night Videos for NBC. He has appeared on numerous shows on Comedy Central including Premium Blend, The A-List, Dr. Katz, and Make Me Laugh. A favorite on the comedy club, college, and corporate circuit, Mark has also opened for Chris Issak, Celene Dion, Vanessa Williams, Paul Anka, Kenny Rogers, Olivia Newton John, Smokey Robinson, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, and Rick Springfield.
