San Francisco, singer/songwriter Otilia Donaire has a deep love and appreciation for the Blues and her soulful, gritty and powerful vocal style reminiscent of Koko Taylor’s growl and Janis Joplin’s grit make her a perfect match to sing the Blues. She is a dynamic and versatile performer with an infectious stage energy that draws her audiences in with a fun, and interactive show that keeps them engaged and on the dance floor. She currently fronts and manages, Otilia and The Back Alley Boys and is backed by some of the finest rock and blues musicians in the SF Bay Area playing shows all over the Bay area and beyond. Otilia will be releasing her solo EP of Blues-Rock Originals within the next month and in the new year she’ll be working on her second CD of Blues-Rock originals including touring.

These musicians form the backbone of the Bay Area music scene and are established Bay Area performers, session players, sidemen and undiscovered talent. Kimrea, a prolifically active songwriter and performing musician, taps the talent for these Sunday Sessions, as well as the supporting musicians. She and her band continue to play regularly in the Bay Area and can be found every Monday Night (For the Last 14 years and counting) performing at the Historic No Name Bar in Sausalito, California.
